Prior to a race or training:
Use the shoes for 10-15 minutes to warm up your muscles and to get extra oxygen into the tissue so it takes longer for your muscles to replace it with Lactic Acid that builds up due to your heart not being able to supply the oxygen that you need, you will have a better event or training.
After you finish:
Use the shoes for 20 minutes and it will relax your leg muscles take out the Lactic Acid that has built up and replace it with oxygen, this helps you with recovery.
